Under our advisory services platform we help businesses preserving, creating, or optimizing their values.
Typical engagements include:
- Conduct financial performance review of a business or a project with a focus on key performance indicators and make recommendations
- Review existing capital structure of a business or a group of businesses to recommend options to optimize
- Review financing or equity contribution terms offered by banks or potential investors and recommend areas to negotiate
- Assist with analysis and due diligence process on planned investments
- Join the Advisory Board of a private company to supplement a missing skill set or to increase profile of the board (areas of significant added value: finance, accounting, risk management, governance, general management)
- Represent an investor on the investee’s governing board: Board of Directors, Board of Trustees, etc.

REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS
Under our real estate investments platform we invest in value-add and development real estate projects in Canada. We provide equity capital to our development partners. We also assist with value-add services to enhance returns of the projects we invest in.
We consider all major real estate asset classes. In particular we like mixed-use projects, residential (for rent or condominiums), anchored retail strip plazas, necessity based community commercial centres and medical centres.
